Board & Executive Team Coaching
I work with boards and executive teams using individual and team coaching approaches to collective capability building for performance.
I work with coaches as a coaching supervisor through individual and group sessions. I specialise in team coaching supervision with a focus on navigating the complexity of this practice.
I seek to engage in professional coaching partnerships that generate industry and societal impact. With a proven track record of coaching since 2006 I have witnessed the positive impact of coaching on board, team and individual capacity and capability building first-hand. I hold an International Coach Federation (ICF) Master Coach credential (MCC), and the ICF Advanced Team Coaching Practitioner credential (ACTC). I am also one of only a handful of Oxford Brookes University level 4 Accredited Coaching Supervisors.
I began my own practice in 2006 and have also held the Executive Leadership roles of Head of Coaching and Head of Education for the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership. This has enabled me to hone my practice from both an internal executive leader and external coach perspective.
I am passionate about industry thought leadership that contributes to the development of coaching and am currently undertaking a PhD at Curtin University on the impact of coaching on Non-Executive Directors' effectiveness and contribution to the board.
